Cancellation notices will be posted on our website or an e-mail will be sent at least one hour before the start of a session.
There are no refunds or prorates for camp or academy days that are cancelled.
However, If more than half of a camp is cancelled due to weather, then a half tuition refund will be issued to all registrants IF no make up days are held. If less than half of a camp is cancelled, then no refund will be issued.
There is a $25 non- refundable deposit. If for any reason you can not attend the scheduled camp you can have your money transferred to another camp for no fee. If an injury occurs and you cannot attend the camp a refund will be issued if it is within one week of the start day of the camp, if not then the $25 deposit will not be refunded. If an injury occurs during the camp and the staff has been informed and the player cannot continue a refund will be issued for the days remaining in the camp.
